For Helvede

Finally made it to Denmark, now I find my self asking the same question as everyone...why the hell am I here? Others have come here to study and some have special job offers, but I have just come here, I get strange looks from people when I tell them. Copenhagen is now buried in snow, it was fun for a day, but now I'm sick of it, worse still is that the warmer temperature means that the streets are covered with sloshy ice, not nice. I went for a drive with a mad Dane, out to the country to look at the snow, and I nearly died. Driving down the highway, I was lying in the back, because there were only 2 seats in the car, and there were 3 of us, also in the back was a bicycle, a ladder, a hang glider, some buckets, and some other random things. So we were driving down the highway, pretty fast, and we approached a small snowdrift, I couldn't see anything coz I was lying in the back, only the sky above us, suddenly I felt the car turn 90 degrees to one direction, then I felt the car swing 180 back the other way, meanwhile all the stuff in the back fell onto me, I got the bike on my foot, it was pretty painful. Eventually the car straightened up and we were still alive. I didn't think about it at the time, but I probably would have died if the car had rolled. Be careful. The language here is funny, written almsot the same as Norwegian, but somehow over time the have managed to evolve the pronunciation to sound like they are retarded, even funny, is that Norwegian sounds like Danish spoken by someone without a speech impediment, yet they struggle to understand it.
Tomorrow I'm going to Norway, because it's not cold enough for me here. Funny, it's been over 2 years since I was there, time flies, I'm looking forward to seeing all the old freaks, when I left I was planning to return in a year, but I got distracted. Like I am now. Anyway, we are going to the Mountains, to the cabin, it's gonna be nice, hopefully not too much cross country skiing, I'm not much of a fan of skiing up hills.
